Jihad Toufic Fawaz, Lebanese national, was appointed as the General Manager at Crystal Networks KSA effective 1st July 2019.
Having a total of 37 years of full-time work experience in Sales and Management in the Gulf Region in both IT and construction industry. In which 20 years in KSA as a Regional Sales Manager with IBM/SBM, and over 17 years as General Manager at Roots Group Arabia in UAE and Lebanon.
Within these years, have attended several international and professional training courses/seminars related to sales, planning and Finance and been granted several awards related to sales achievement, management and profitability improvement.
His IT experience helped in introducing critical new work methods in sales, service, parts, credit collection, and business development.
Mr. Fawaz graduated from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a Bachelor‘s degree In Business Administration and Economics.
